It should also be noted that ad spend and lead communications (eg calls, texts, emails, etc) are not included in this service and are a separate charge that you will need to pay. £10/mth will get you approx 7,000 emails or 355 calls or 600 Texts each month. Usage over this limit is charged at approx 0.028/min for making calls, 0.017/min for receiving calls, 0.0166/text and 0.0014/email and will automatically be deducted via the method of payment you put on file today. After your free trial period you agree that this card can also be billed the £299+vat/mth software subscription regardless as to how infrequently you use the software. To cancel this month-month subscription you must provide at least 7 days written notice by raising a support ticket via our helpdesk at http://onizuhelpdesk.com. No other methods of cancellation notification will be deemed valid.
